By registering as a user of the website www.loomapood24.ee, you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions), agree with the Terms and Conditions and undertake to follow the Terms and Conditions as follows:
The Terms and Conditions apply to all legal relationships arising between OÜ Bestweb, the owner of the Website, and the persons (hereinafter referred to as the Client) who have registered as users of the website http://www.loomapood24.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Website) in the course of using the services available on the Website.
In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the relationships between the Client and Loomapood24.ee are governed by the legal provisions in force in the Republic of Estonia, the price list of the Website with respect to using a specific service, the Terms and Conditions of the Website and the established good practices.
In the event of any of the conditions turning out to be invalid due to a conflict with the legal provisions in force, the remaining conditions shall remain valid.
General terms and conditions
1. In order to use the Website, the Clients shall confirm that they agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and take into account all the acts of law and other legislation applied. Becoming a registered user of the Website requires agreement to all Terms and Conditions. In the event of the Client not agreeing to all Terms and Conditions, it shall not be permitted to use the Website.

3. The Client shall provide his or her full, real personal information upon registering as a user of the Website, including registering with his or her true and full name and using a valid e-mail address.
4. The ads published by the Client on the Website shall be in conformity with the acts of law and regulations applying to the area of activity in question in Estonia.
5. The Client shall only provide true and accurate information when submitting ads, photos and texts. The Client shall not provide any misleading or inaccurate information. The texts, photos and information provided by the Client on the Website shall be in conformity with acts of law, good practices and good morals.
6. The Client shall not place ads for the provision of services or sale of goods the provision or sale of which is not in conformity with legislation.
7. The Client himself or herself shall be liable for using the Website and publishing ads through the Website. The owner of the Website shall not be liable for the legality, trueness and validity of the ads placed and offers made through the website and for the following of other legal obligations or good practices by the Client. The owner of the Website shall not be liable for the quality and/or quantity of the goods in the provision or mediation of services or purchasing, sale or mediation of goods through the Website.
8. It is prohibited for the Client to alter photos with the purpose of drawing attention.
9. The Client shall immediately notify the owner of the Website by e-mail if any of the information published by the Client through the Website has become inaccurate, untrue or illegal after publishing.
10. Clients shall conclude transactions without any intervention by the owner of the Website and shall be liable for concluding and executing all the aforementioned transactions.
11. After registration on the website loomapood24.ee, the Client shall maintain the confidentiality of his or her username and password. The Client shall ensure that no third parties who have not been authorized by the Client to use the username and password have access to the username and password. The Client shall immediately notify loomapood24.ee by e-mail of third parties gaining access to the Website’s username and/or password.
12. The Client shall immediately notify loomapood24.ee by e-mail of any changes in the contact information provided by him or her upon registration.
13. The Client shall only use the Website for legal and lawful purposes. The Client shall pay for the services provided to him or her according to the price list.
14. The owner of the Website reserves the right to choose its contractual partners at its own discretion.
15. Loomapood24.ee shall have the right to, at its own discretion, either restrict or cancel a Client’s right to use the Website, make changes to the information published by the Client on the Website or close the Client’s user account and prevent him or her from re-registering on the Website if the Client violates the Client’s obligations arising from the Terms and Conditions, has provided incorrect, misleading and/or inaccurate information upon registration as a user of the Website or in the course of using the Website, or knowingly and intentionally spreads false information on the website Loomapood24.ee, insults other persons in any other manner or acts in an undignified manner.
16. The owner of the Website shall, at any time, have the right to monitor the activity taking place on the Website, monitor the purchase and sale offers published by the users of the Website. Loomapood24.ee shall have the right to perform investigations with respect to all alleged violations of the Terms and Conditions by using all legal avenues for this purpose.
17. The owner of the Website shall, at any time, have the right to remove purchase or sale ads placed by a Client from the Website if the ads are in conflict with the Terms and Conditions, good morals or the legislation in force.
18. The owner of the Website shall, at any time, have the right to relocate the data within the Website with respect to the purchase and sale ads placed by the users of the Website in order to improve the use of the Website, whereby the content of the ads shall not be changed.
19. The owner of the Website shall have the right to request payment for using the Service from the Client according to the Price List. In order to request the payment, the owner of the Website shall send an electronic invoice to the Client. If necessary, the owner of the Website shall also issue the invoice to the Client in unattested written form.
20. Loomapood24.ee shall send to the Client his or her username and password for using the Website immediately after the Client has been granted the status of a registered user. Loomapood24.ee shall maintain the confidentiality of the username and password allocated to the Client and Loomapood24.ee shall not send the username and password to any third parties.
21. The owner of the Website shall have right to change the price lists of services unequivocally according to the development of the services. Loomapood24.ee shall notify the Client of changes in the price list of services or the Terms and Conditions in advance through the Website. Each Client will not be notified separately of changes in the price list or the Terms and Conditions. The changes in the Terms and Conditions and in the price list shall become valid on the date determined by Loomapood24.ee. The Client shall confirm his or her agreement to the changes in the Terms and Conditions and the price list by using the services provided by loomapood24.ee after the changes have been enforced.
22. The Website and its entire content, including the database, all texts, images, software and design belong to loomapood24.ee.
Registration and data protection
1. It is not necessary to register as a Client for reading the content of the Website by using general-purpose browsers. Registration as a Client is required for publishing ads on the Website and for using other services provided by Loomapood24.ee.
2. The status as a registered Client shall remain valid without a term, but the Client shall have the right to terminate his or her status as a registered Client at any time.
3. Loomapood24.ee shall not disclose the contact information of a registered Client to third parties, except disclosure of contact information on the bases established by the law for the prevention or investigation of a violation of law or in other cases. The contact information provided by the Client shall be used by Loomapood24.ee only for the purpose of providing the services requested by Client to the Client and in connection with these services. Loomapood24.ee shall only add the Client’s contact information to direct mailing lists on the Client’s consent.
Final provisions
1. The legislation of the Republic of Estonia shall be applied to the legal relationships between the Client and Loomapood24.ee arising from using the Website.
2. The Client and Loomapood.ee shall attempt to settle any disputes arising in the course of using the Website by negotiations. In the case of a failure to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be settled by the Harju County Court.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Client confirms that he or she is an adult person of full active legal capacity with no legal obstacles to concluding and fulfilling contracts. Granting the status of a user to a person who is younger than 18 years of age or a person of restricted active legal capacity requires prior consent of the legal representative or guardian of the aforementioned person.
